In de VCP/APP zijn alle bedrijven en crewleden opgenomen die betrokken zijn bij het produceren van content.
Van advertising agencies tot wardrobe. Iedereen die vermeld staat in de VCP/APP kan video's, foto's of audio uploaden bij zijn/haar gegevens.
Daarnaast is het ook mogelijk om een banner bij je gegevens te laten plaatsen of wanneer je meer attentie waarde wilt, je vermelding in het rood.

In de aanleverspecificaties staat precies aangegeven hoe je te werk moet gaan als je items wilt uploaden bij jouw vermelding.

Deze productiemaatschappijen betalen voor hun vermelding in de VCP/APP
€ 1.500,-- exclusief BTW. De vermelding geldt voor een jaar, exclusief de hierboven vermelde mogelijkheden.
Niet VCP-leden zijn productiemaatschappijen die geen lid zijn van de VCP. Voor alle andere bedrijven geldt deze regel NIET.

Spelregels:
Elk ge-upload item kan 1 jaar op de VCP/APP blijven staan. Mocht je gedurende dit jaar een item willen veranderen, dus verwijderen en nieuwe erop plaatsen, dan gelden de hierboven vermelde tarieven opnieuw en voor een nieuw jaar.
De VCP houdt zich het recht voor om afbeeldingen die niet volgens de normale weg zijn vervaardigd te wissen.

DE VCP/APP biedt de volgende mogelijkheden:

Om vermeld te worden in de VCP/APP dient men een mail te sturen naar het secretariaat van de VCP.
Daarin geef je aan in welke categorie je werkzaam bent en stuur je een lijst mee van de bedrijven voor wie je de afgelopen twee jaar hebt gewerkt. Na overleg bij de VCP zul je een mail ontvangen waarin staat aangegeven dat je verzoek al dan niet wordt gehonoreerd.

Je vermelding kan ook in het ROOD worden vermeld, zodat er meer attentiewaarde ontstaat. De kosten hiervoor bedragen € 100,-- exclusief BTW. Dit is per vermelding, per jaar.

Als je een BANNER wilt plaatsen, stuur dan een mail naar het secretariaat van de VCP. Er worden alleen maar 'stilstaande' banners geplaatst. De kosten hiervoor bedragen € 750,-- exclusief BTW , geldig gedurende een heel jaar.

A membership meeting shall be held 6 times a year.

The association is affiliated with the CFP-E (Commercial Film Producers Europe) see also www.cfp-e.com and maintains contacts with the AICP in New York.

VCP members are given extra attention in the VCP diary and on the site.

VCP membership runs from 1st of January to 31st of December and is automatically renewed per calendar year.

Cancellation of membership must be submitted to the secretarial office in writing by 1st of September. The annual contribution is € 2.500,00 , excluding VAT.

The ballot committee consists of:
Rob van den Idsert, producer at Hazazah film & photography
Clarisse Venekamp, producer at Cake film
Marie-Lou Florisson, director of VCP.

The admission requirements for membershipa are:

a. The candidate member needs to have been listed for a reasonable period in the
Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. An exract from the commercial register must be submitted together with the membership application.

b. The candidate member needs to have produced no less than ten seperate commercials during the two years preceding the day of recommendation.

c. Upon request of the ballot committee, the candidate member must submit its annual report and accounts.

d. After having submitted the required documents, the candidate member must be prepared to respond to any questions pertaining to these from the ballot committee.

e. The candidate member shall provide the ballot committee with the opportunity to visit their office.

f. The ballot committee has the right to request references.

g. The ballot committee has the rigth to ask the candidate member to submit references stating the relevant productions.

h. The ballot committee shall be at liberty to discuss objections against the applications of the candidate member, without having to state the person lodging said objections.

i. The ballot committee presents the candidate member to the executive committee of the VCP. The executive committee of the VCP shall inform its members of the request for membership by the new candidate member. The members shall have the opportunity to file objections, with inclusion of arguments, against the admission of the candidate member with the executive committee of the VCP in conjunction with the ballot committee shall decide whether these arguments are sufficiently persuasive to admit the candidate member to the association or to reject his application.

j. The ballot committee consists of three people, i.e. a member of the VCP executive committee, a member and the director. The VCP committee member and the VCP member are annually appointed by the VCP members at the General Membership Meeting.
